About

I am Irina Delich, International Coach in Neuro-Linguistic Programming certified by the International Trainers Academy of NLP (ITA) and Holosomatic Breathing Therapist certified by InnerCamp, member of the International Breathwork Foundation and recognized by the Spanish Association of Complementary Medicine.

For years, I worked as a lawyer and notary,a career path that provided structure, discipline, and a clear understanding of human nature. Over time, a deeper concern arose: the need to explore other forms of support and well-being. That search led me to train in yoga, NLP, and holosomatic breathing.

After integrating these tools into my own process and verifying their effectiveness, today I accompany individuals and groups in processes of real transformation, integrating mind, body, and emotion, from a place of presence and personalized attention. Through NLP, it is possible to clearly identify what you want and reprogram limiting patterns, and through breathing, you can release what cannot be expressed in words, accessing greater clarity, internal unblocking, and progress toward real goals.

Programación Neurolingüística (PNL)

It is a conversational methodology that allows you to understand how your own mental system operates and, thanks to this, make internal adjustments that facilitate progress toward real goals.

Neuro-linguistic programming brings together tools that help us recognize how thoughts, emotions, and decisions are generated, and from there modify the internal processes that influence behavior.
A session mainly involves working with specific questions that allow us to identify patterns, clarify what we want, and reorient the mind to create new courses of action. When we understand how the mental system works, it is possible to unlock limiting patterns, gain clarity, and move forward in the desired direction.

Holosomatic Breathing (Breathwork)

It is a conscious breathing technique that allows you to access deep levels of the body, mind, and emotions, regulating the nervous system and facilitating expanded states of consciousness.

Holosomatic Breathwork is a safe and guided practice, particularly useful for reducing stress and anxiety, alleviating emotional burdens, promoting mental clarity, and enhancing personal transformation processes.
In a session, breathing is guided to bring the system to an expanded state of consciousness. From there, the body can release accumulated tension, unblock retained emotions, and regain physical and emotional balance.
This process also allows access to internal information that is not always possible to express in words, opening space to let go and generate overall well-being.

NLP + Breathwork

The integration of NLP and holosomatic breathing combines mental and physical work, promoting clarity, emotional release, and deep regulation of the nervous system.

This integration allows us to work simultaneously on the mind, body, and emotions, deepening both the release and consolidation of changes.
In an integrative session, NLP is used to identify what you want to transform and make the necessary adjustments to move toward your goals. Then, holosomatic breathing allows you to access deep levels of the body and emotions, releasing accumulated tension and physically integrating what has been worked on mentally.
In this way, the combination facilitates mental clarity, internal stability, and more complete and sustained transformation processes over time.
